I know I call women old when I'm jealous and dont like them but my perimenopause is driving me nuts. I think I've gone into menopause at 42 but I thought it was perimenopause with just a few grays and sweaty hot flashes. This is my karma and I need to fix it.

It has been week number one of hrt.i think i need a bit of estrogen, because i was only sleeping 4 hours a night and it was hard to get to the gym.menopause was sucking me down a rabbit hole despite a super healthy diet and positive thinking etc.i feel like i am shy to tell women i am on the patch because they will tell me they did it the natural way.i will feel like i failed.

One of the things I do to either stay on track or get back on is -- drink green smoothies! The other thing that I have incorporated as a "reset" is to do a 21 day cleanse 2 or 3 times per year which means I am vegan for 10 days and then on days 11-21, I add in fish or chicken as my protein. Standard Process Purification has a really good plan and website for this. Thanks for your tips! I am dealing with menopausal symptoms and muffin top and eating right and walking are two of the ways I feel better.
